hi,

I am trying to make a task bar like thing at the top of the screen for launching applications like in Ubuntu. For this I need to change the screen working area so that windows do not overlap on the bar.

Set the

TopMost

property of the window to "true" in your launcher application.

then that would overlap the minimize, maximize, and close buttons
