Facebook Integration Response

Hi all,

I am going to integrate facebook to my website and every thing working fine.

I am able to request with application Id to facebook and its also working fine.
But my problem is that How can I get the response from facebook after sending the request ?

My request url is like :-
http://www.facebook.com/add.php?api_key=131628360244142&pages

Please help me in this case....
