I tried downloading some codes from the internet but all their product are all hard code and no database connection

Solution 1

You could start with google: a simple search using "create a simple Shopping Cart With MS SQL 2008" copied from your question subject found over 14,000,000 hits. The first page had two examples:

In future, at least try to do basic research yourself!

The program that you suggested, can't access to the database... I've already Check it along time ago...

I think you are supposed to use them as *examples* and modify them to fit *your* circumstances...
