i am working on a utility for Code plagiarism e.g Moss Sherlock , JPlag or copy paste code.. i am using c# so help me out about which algorithm is best for it............from where i can get proper resource for this utility....

Why don't you implement ALL of them, and let the user choose which one to use?

how can i implement all of them i am working on another application which just check .cs file by using krap rabbin algorithm.....but confused how to implement efficient data structure on it need some guideline
