Can we support calculate engine via C# .NET

am developing a C# application relate to both Excel and SQL. I know how to operate Excel and Link to SQL, but my question can we support calculate formulas in Excel? In that way, it is quite easy to use. Can somebody show me some codes or examples or some reference. And here I used VS 2010 .NET 4. And used .com as my solution reference. Any kind of help will be welcome. Tisfy.
