How to Create project set up file, of C#.net application.
any help would be appreciated.

In visual studio you can create a "setup and deployment" type project. add this project in same solution as your other project. add the project output dependency of you project in the setup project. And rest all will be done for you. once you build this project you will have your setup ready. (see documentation, it is wuite easy)
