Encrypt IMap connection and pop3 connection using TLS

I have a scenario where I have to read Mail from email account,This part is done,Now what i want is to connect to imap server and POP server using secured connection over TLS.How this can be achieved.I have tried Active.Net.Mail but it does not provide for TLS.Can Someone provide me something as fast as possible
