What I need to set in setup.exe that if user have not sql server can install sql server or somthing like that to use my software?

Your question is not clear. If not SQL then use your application? What kind of restriction is that?

Solution 1

If your software uses SQL server and it is not installed, then you have two options:
1) Install SQl server on the user computer.
2) Re-write your software to not use SQL server.
