Dear Friends,

Plz help me It's Urgent.Now I'm Designing Live Chat Program in that i'm Using Updatepanel to Update Textbox when Update Panel is Updating i have to call Javascript.Till Now i did't get the correct way to call the Javascript when Updatepanel is refreshing....Plz help Me guys...

Have a look at these articles if it helps and explains you:
JavaScript Access to Page Controls after Ajax Update (via Update Panel)[^]
Partial update of parent page via AJAX (ASP.NET 2.0) on close of a child window - conditionally[^]

They use JavaScript calls in between and after a UpdatePanel call.
