Seriously, we've backed up a Linux system to the land much of the Internet forgot. "The street finds its own uses for things"
But really? Really? Do you want people to think your backup is news?

Maybe for them is news, the NSA already saw its contents and deemed it unworthy,

I mean, I *know* Java ME was a great system, but move on guys.

RAS on not-a-mainframe servers is about being able to disable faulty components and being able to swap them out without turning off the power. eg your data center gets hit by lightning and your UPS doesn't fully protect the hardware, with the result that 3 of your 8 CPUs, 41 of your 256 dimms, and 3 of your 8 ethernet cards fail. A mainframe level RAS server will detect the errors and disable the faulty components automatically and keep running at reduced performance until the needed replacements are shipped in and installed in the running system. IBM's been doing that for something like 50 years. Intel initially acquired the same capabilities for the Itanic, but once it became clear that cluster-elephant had no future started migrating them all over to its most expensive Xeons.
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, waging all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

Working with Microsoft Research, the Cortana team has applied machine learning technology to enable the assistant to understand when you've made a commitment in an email - such as "I'll send you that report tomorrow" - and then proactively remind you to complete that task, without you needing to ask for a reminder. What if you never intended to do what you promised?
Or does this mean I have to buy that engagement ring after all?

I wonder what would happen if your message contained, "Cortana: elephant yourself tomorrow!"

On the 10th of February, 2017 you listed to get rid of Cortana. It is a reminder to do so...

Cortana has an affectionate nickname in Italian. Consider that it rhymes with the most common word used for "easy girl who sells herself on the street at nights".
