(1) Are you referring to WinForm or WebForm applications for item 1?
If you're using WinForms, then you should be able to do something like the following in the form's codebehind:
public AddTextBox(string id)<br />
{<br />
TextBox box = new TextBox();<br />
box.ID = id;<br />
box.Top = 150;<br />
box.Left = 20;<br />
this.Controls.Add(box);<br />
}
You can do something very similar to the above WinForm example with WebForms, but positioning will take slightly more attention, as will the timing of your control's addition to the form's control hierarchy.
(2) Are you referring to a DataTable? If so, then:
object value = dataTable.Rows[int rowIndex][string columnName]
from your example:
object value = dataTable.Rows[3][4];
...should do it. If you're talking about HTML tables, then it would depend on how the table was created. If you're doing it in code, then you should be able to walk the page's control hierarchy to get at it. If it's static HTML, javascript can do it, but it's kind of a long-winded answer unless you need it, and the question belongs in a different forum.
Good luck.

box.Top = 150;
box.Left = 20;
it dosen't work - 'System.Web.UI.WebControls.TextBox' does not contain a definition for 'Top'
i'm using vs.2005 do i need to add something else?

You should be asking this question in the ASP.NET forum, thats why you are getting wrong answers.

How can I jump link to a label which is dynamically created upon when it is clicked?
e.g. I have a long article on a tabpage but it is only displayed one page at a time. Say for example, I want to have another tabpage which can be linked to a specific page of the article. How do I do this? Can I create jump destination for a label?

You can use other methods to convert the number to a string, or make your own method, but other than that, no.

b { font-weight: normal; }

String.Format, Int32.ToType, Int32Converter.ConvertTo, Convert.ChangeType, StringBuilder.Append, TextWriter.Write... you name it...

b { font-weight: normal; }

HI ! my name ppvinh i come from vietNam
i have a question
I have been trying to use the System.Diagnostics.Process.Start command from an ASP.NET web page to start another process on my PC, i.e. Notepad. Although this method works when I try it from a Windows based application, it does not start the new process when I code it on an ASPX page. No errors have been raised when I put this statement in a try/catch block, but nothing happens (the program does not start). Can you tell me why?
please send mail for me you can .. ! thank !

As Joshua pointed out, Double.TryParse is the way to go.
See this link for an example IsNumeric implementation using Double.TryParse:

Process[] procList = Process.GetProcesses();
It seems VS 2005 (maybe 2003 too) is buggy related to this code.
If I have opened windows already before I start my application , VS only show 1 of them. But if I activate a window, which isn't listet in the process array, VS finds it immediately. Anybody here with the same experience? Is "EnumWindows" from Win32 API the only solution?

Are you running this from inside the debugger or from within your own application?

Both types, don't work with both ones.

What is Process , your variable or a framework class? (Sorry don't have access to my development machine).
