Not Google but instead the use of the "I'm Feeling lucky" button. When clicked it takes me to a company made page which states "The Button you pressed has been known to be vulnerable to Internet Attacks.".

I went home to try using this tip above. It just takes me to the SUN website where it all information on Java ME but NO downloads available for JUST the run time environment. Sure I can get a full development platform to work off of but getting off of RAD 7.0 with my company just simply is not an option and that is why I need just the run time environment.

The last time I was on "www.java.sun.com", you could download ANY of the Java packages, including Java ME. Just look under "Downloads".

It doesn't have a download of ME on the site at all. If it did trust me I would not be here asking. Furthermore I've brought on other resources to help me search and so far the only ME options are third party, cost money, and we're not even sure if it's what we want.

"Sun provides a reference implementation of the specification, but has tended not to provide free binary implementations of its Java ME runtime environment for mobile devices, rather relying on third parties to provide their own."

And none of these is even close to what you need? Sorry, I've never investigated the Java ME before, but I was under the impression that ALL of Java was "open-source". Is that not true for Java ME?

In our application,We are thinking to develop a project implementing networking (socket programming) and multi threading…
Is it possible to develop a chat application with the following requirements:
1) number of clients need to communicate with the server
(many-to-one).
2) number of experts need to communicate with the server(many-to-one).
3) the server has to exchange the messages(text, voice, video) between connected clients and experts(LIVE SUPPORT) (one-to-one).
4) Further the experts must view the connected clients list in their frame ..
…Is it possible to achieve this requirement using these technologies…… ….. If no, then which technology do you think supports the requirement??????
Thanking you in advance !!!!!!!

I have a TCP/IP server developed in java and is listening for connections from a GPRS modem(client) to send data to it. While the connection is established, i need to send data (156000 bytes) to it.
The problem i am facing is, only around 90,000 bytes reach the client, while rest of the data is lost.
The funtion used at the server is SocketChannel.Write() to send the array of 156000 bytes.
Please suggest a solution for this.
Thank you !

Perhaps you don't understand the nature or reason for CodeProject. Please, let me quote leckey[^] from a recent post:
First, it's called Google. Do a bit of research. We are not your coding b*tches.
