After discussion the daily limit on accepted answers has been removed.
There will be no limit on reputation points given for accepted answers after next deploy (sometime this week).
The reputation points will be recalculated using new rules when we will re-run our reputation recalculation script.
Thanks for bringing up this issue.
Sincerely,
Elina

There are 2 issues with the popup;
1) The little pointy bit of the popup is off to the right of the main popup.
2) On short question the popup is actually zordered below the 'Improve Question' area.

For some reason if someone comments on my post I don't receive an email notification. This seldomly happens if someone comments on an answer, but more often if someone comments on my comment.
I have checked junk mail etc.

Is it random? ie do you just sometimes miss an email from a comment, or always?
If "sometimes" then I will pad the walls and go and bang my head against them.

Sorry to say but it seems random. The next time I notice this I'll post the answers in question if that helps to pinpoint the problem. It could also be that the message is lost somewhere on it's way since there's lots of water between your site and Finland

Okay, here's one example. After an hour I noticed that the OP had left a comment. No email received:
[ASK] How to display SDF database to datagridview?[^]
[Addition]
When looking at the comments, it looks more and more like an email for a comment to a comment isn't received while a comment to an answer id. Not sure about this though.
[Addition 2]
In this answer: asp.net coding ..........................................[^] I got an email for all other comments but not for "I'm using IE9, I just tried with chrome and there it works for me too. I wonder why there is a difference in the behavior here."

So you're getting emails from answers, and emails for replies to comments, but not consistently?
In that case it sounds like it's servers somewhere down the line blocking emails. Usually this is caused by overzealous spam blockers, or simply dodgy mail servers.

Zapped! Actually, I think I should get my wife to join CP. She can do all her shopping online right here Seems like there is nothing you can't get.

Is he running a mass download script across the articlebase?
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, waging all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

Definitely has to be some sort of script running to rack that up in such a short space of time.

Strange but achievable I think...without magic. I have been a member for over 3 years but have only been active for more than a year. I have 3,600 + organizer points. This member has been here for more than 8 years.
They could just be reading a lot and bookmarking stuff. It could happen.

I beg to differ. Getting over 32,000 organizer points in a matter of days is impossible unless he downloaded every article on the site (2 points each and with no limit on how many you earn points for).
He's scraping CodeProject.

No need to beg.
Upon further investigation, I have come to the landmark decision that you guys are right. I posted a reply without reviewing the facts. This caused a turn in events that not only illustrates my stupidity but also illuminates my ignorant ways.
