Only from a user. But we have already seen that they have many accounts and they change them very fast

If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?

You can throttle those too. Every account request comes from an IP. No more than 1 account created from any IP in the last 15 minutes.

Maybe asking in Bug & Sugs?

I missed which forum I was in when I posted this.
I know about Sugs & Bugs.

Maybe rejoined with same user? Shema-Kan (or something similar) did it several times.

Nope. An account goes "inactive", but it doesn't appear to really take effect for 30 minutes.

Don't know, maybe has something to do with the problems of server synchronization.

There have been some spam in QA the last couple of days. Nothing major, but a few are still alive.

I'm not sure what happened. A commenter started out with a nice comment about my article, and I think I didn't praise his own article that he linked to enough, so now he's going on and on about MY "inferiority complex". See for yourself:

Having to deal with this kind of personality is making Code Project less fun. I would prefer not having to deal with him at all, actually, but I cannot find a "Block" button. I'm hoping that when he wakes up tomorrow morning he will not start at it again. I have a feeling he will, though. if that happens, I will no longer reply since, as you can see, it so far has done no good.

Typed discussions are so much harder than face to face, and accidental insults, or perceived insults where none was intended are a constant hazard.
Just sign off the thread with a note say you meant no offence and let it go.
