List is there again. He has managed to edit the messages adding another link so they were re-activated. At least the 3 with the links. The other 2 are still nuked.

I have seen a post with several links related to a question in the form:
Link1 (free)
Link2 (free)
Link3 (commercial)
Link4 (commercial)
If the links to a commercial place / solution are given like that (telling that is commercial) is it still spam?
I would say no, because it is not hidding that is a commercial solution
Am I right? Or is it to be considered spam as well?

If the poster explicitely marks the link as commercial (I've done it before too) , I'd say it's ok to do so.
Cheers!

IMO,it depends on how links are related to the problem. I have also came across such solutions which should not be considered spam because they help OP in some or the other way pointing to some 3rd party tools.
Lets see what others think about it.

He is really close to break Mick Martins record of getting banned three times a day.

I guess he is gone - If he returns again I strongly suspect that he broke MM's banning record.
