This is the apparent off-topic:
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced with Windows OS migration and how did you solve it?[^],
How do you best use SSD as a storage option with Microsoft Windows Server for optimal performance and cost?[^].
However, to me it looks like spam. Moreover, as the mail address is not associated with any of those corporate domains, it could be something bad, like a tool to collect e-mail addresses for spam. Even if this is not spoofing, it would look like a marketing campaign.
