Yep! The "question" is his, the first "answer" is his - it's a rep hunter.

The revisions are annoying, but more to the point he posted the "question" and the "answer" - so I'm assuming this is a rep point hunter, given the nature of the question and answer.
Abuse all round.

A large chunk of SQL, without even any attempts to prep it for SQL Injection.
Odd. Any ideas why?

No idea why and it's a bit hard to look into on my phone . It seems to be an awful lot of stuff if the purpose is simply to have a difference from one revision to the next.
[EDIT]
Didn't mean to post this message with the Rant icon. I am not that mad

I came through this in moderation queue : XMLFoundation[^] I went through the end of the Article and then found this message by the author : 10 Years in the Feds for Hacking[^]
IMO, that's an Abuse. Isn't it?

It's not the first time he has done something like this. I believe people just flagged the message as abusive and not the author himself.

If you think a message posted by an author on the forum of his own article is abuse and you feel that strongly about it then mark the message as abuse and move on.
