I'm not sure about that one - the question makes more sense than the usual spam setup. The user also has another question and several messages, which doesn't fit the usual pattern.
Either the spammers are getting smarter, or it's a genuine question.

Rohan Leuva wrote: Having tons of similar questions
Only 8 questions listed in his profile. Possibilities:
1) he was already nuked and re-joined with similar name, so list is young (actually odd because memberschip is over 2 years ) or...
2) Questions have been dealt with in the meanwhile

Tricky business this is [Yoda moment, pardon me]. The question is borderline from legitimate curiosity and protection (if there is a way I'll be more careful while programming my own applications for example) and lame script kidding.
IMHO the question was worded good enough to give him/her at least a chance, normally script kiddies are much more "warez-style how cn I pu sm code in video stream post code plz".

I saw many articles which doesn't directly intended (as it seems) to contain some spam links etc. It may be the case that OP doesn't know how we consider something as spam(Not abusive, just spam).
So,i thought to comment regarding the same to let OP know. e.g. http://www.codeproject.com/script/Articles/ArticleVersion.aspx?waid=148064&aid=839564&msg=4952259#xx4952259xx[^]
In case the message gets removed after the content:
Quote: One link pointing to some commercial stuff. Remove it.It can be considered spam.
Is it recommended? Any views from you?
