And they called that a survey! Given the right demographics (redneck central) I'd be astonished it was that low!, survey a major city and you numbers are going to be skewed the other direction.

We liked the article "Criticizing the Rust Language, and Why C/C++ Will Never Die" very much. We offer the author that we will do the translation on our own, and publish it in our blog. "Hey hey, my my. Rock and roll can never die" (or C/C++)

Even mentioned in the article. Discussions about C/C++ would just start another holy war. Everyone is right. Right, write, riot. Three homophones describe it all! You try to say that you are right while writing and you start a riot (unwillingly).

I was wondering about Afzaal's accent too...
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, waging all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

Windows 10 will be released in at least seven different flavors if you count the versions offered for home, education, enterprise, internet-of-things devices as well as standard and enterprise editions of Windows 10 for phones and small tablets. "Simplicity is the final achievement. "

In this article here[^], they mention that only the business editions will have the ability to delay or customize updates to the OS.
So home users will have no control over what updates are taken or when? Outrageous!

A Central California woman claims she was fired after uninstalling an app that her employer required her to run constantly on her company issued iPhone—an app that tracked her every move 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They call it "security"

Good, she should be fired... for not being smart enough to just leave the phone at home when she's not at work. Sheesh!

I apologise, I read the article before it appeared in Insider News, earlier in the day. It has since been updated, apparently removing reference to her being required to be contactable 24/7, so she would have to have the phone with her.
I suspect the company's lawyers requested removal.

Ahhh... makes sense.
FYI - I wasn't too serious about it being "good" she was fired. I find tracking software like that (even during work hours) to be demeaning.

It is still mentioned in the attached suit (PDF) that she was required to be contactable 24/7, so had to have the phone with her at all times - maybe I read it there and confused the two.
