Probably means it was a post caught by the automated system - these go into a "special" moderation queue rather than being published. If rejected there, they don't appear in any lists or on the site.
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...

It's Abuse,not Spam.
Spam = Advertisement

I apologize for bothering you with this but could you point me to where exactly did you pick up this statement (spam = advertisement). I don't see it in CP's Terms Of Service, also I'm not sure if it's a smart choice to limit the meaning of spam term to just that...
Also this sort of content must not pass the spam filter so I don't see any harm in calling it either way.
But nevertheless I will agree that trolling is better suited for that user's actions.

What is Spam?[^]

Content is Spam or Abuse has nothing to do with how filters work.

That is your answer, seriously?
First I'll say that is very rude from you, you gave me no explanation at all.
Second I see you don't remember something that you said to me some time back, let me refresh your memory. That time I gave you the meaning of spam and your answer was:
Rohan Leuva wrote:
i am concerned only about how Codeproject considers something as spam.
And now you gave me a link from which I should find what the spam is. Does this seam consistent to you (I think not)?
Third regarding the spam filter, that is my point exactly. If the use of spam or abuse report will not harm the filters work then why are we bothering me with how the user is reported.
Why don't we just agree that the user had malicious intentions and leave it at that.
Please for future references define your rules or whatever, stick with them, mention them to others (like myself) and we will follow them. Also please don't send me the LMGTFY links. I believe I've contributed enough to CP to get and give mutual respect from CP members.

Since when no explanation/link to some relevant info became rude? I repeat : i am concerned only about how Codeproject considers something as spam. I pointed out the link which shows actual meaning of spam and Codeproject works the same way. So i think explanation is enough. Don't you think so?
Mario Z wrote: Please for future references define your rules or whatever
Why? I mean why?
Mario Z wrote: and we will follow them
You are not suppose to do that, really. This site has its own rules. I'm not the owner of this site.

The rude thing is to send a LMGTFY link as if I'm a person that does not know how to use google. Was it not easier just to say google it or send me google's link or send me an actually link to a proper resource? You actually made an effort to create and send a LMGTFY link instead.
Also another thing, just like with this message now, you're too fast on answering things without giving it any thought. Again as I mentioned and shown you before your definition of spam differs from what is generally considered a spam. That referenced message shows you that you treated something that is a spam by definition (and actually by CP rules) as if it was not. Actually after that discussion that I had with you I noticed on few occasions the reporting of duplicated content which was of course removed by CP members.
So the conclusion is that, even worse, you got the wrong idea of what the CP members actually think is a spam.
But the main point here is, and I really don't understand how you're not getting this, when I gave you what you gave me just now then you rejected it, you literally said "I would not".
