Hi Chris!
It's easier to follow yes, though it would be very very nice to add something like
an article id to all articles for referencing. It's easier to tell other people about
problems they have. "Look at article CP-12312131 .. " know what I mean?

I liked the original format better.

If the article is still around then our system usually finds it. If it's gone then it's gone. (yes, this can be polished a bit )

I would love to see this also. Kind of a behind the scenes look.

(just me thinking..)
How is this Score calculated?
2 votes: a 5 and a 1 gives Score:4.2
a 5 and a 4 gives Score:4.8 I have seen.
so it is obviously something else than an average. But what?

Chris,
with the CPP projects imminently about to swamp out a section for articles, how about creating a section specifically for the group projects to be housed in. A "Group Projects" under general on the front page would be nice.
This will keep all the CPP projects together in one easily referencable location without polluting an existing article sub-section.

It would be nice to have a link to open up a new window with a "printable view" of the articles. With all the side menus and such a lot of times the text gets pushed to the right and off the page when printing articles.
Another window with nothing but the article text for printing would be great.

It's already there. Look for Print Version in the toolbox on the left near the top of the page.

I think that an advanced C++ forum would be nice to be able to discuss topics a little more in-depth, rather than rehashing the same WM_CTLCOLOR message handers over and over. This would provide a place for people to discuss server programming issues, driver development issues, performance computing, etc... and generally be a more intellectually stimulating forum.
Also, the ability to attach code files to a post would be very handy and also eliminate the slow load times when someone pastes in 50+ lines of code.

Wouldn't it be nice if we could just type:
:property: for a property icon
:method: for a method icon
:class: for a class icon
...etc? That's how I have things in MS Word, and it's sooo convenient.
PS: I can supply the images.

Send me the icons. Where would you like to use them? In articles? Message?

Hi Chris,
since a few days, the date information in the RSS feed is broken, it seems as day and month are permuted... At least SharpReader shows the wrong date
