This is nothing to do with Spam & Abuse. You should just tell the author to use the RSS feed as described in the article posting guidelines.

It is his article, but the platform (the blog) used to publish it belongs to eLearning Industry...

I suspect so. He's the author, so there's no plagiarism involved. And they're not spam or off-topic.
It would be better if he published them as a blog. But it's possible that there isn't an RSS feed he can use, or that he's not familiar with that facility.

Reporting the spammers can be a PITA but if several people report the spammers it leaves admins more time for other issues.
So if you have time please do report. After all this is something we can take care of.
