This is nothing to do with Spam & Abuse. You should just tell the author to use the RSS feed as described in the article posting guidelines.

The problem - it is not his blog either... Maybe Sean knows the answer...

Are you sure about that? The author name and picture on both versions is the same.

It is his article, but the platform (the blog) used to publish it belongs to eLearning Industry...
And that's actually my question about - do CP consider it all right? (the re-publishing)

I suspect so. He's the author, so there's no plagiarism involved. And they're not spam or off-topic.
It would be better if he published them as a blog. But it's possible that there isn't an RSS feed he can use, or that he's not familiar with that facility.

Reporting the spammers can be a PITA but if several people report the spammers it leaves admins more time for other issues.
So if you have time please do report. After all this is something we can take care of.

This: Kernel Data structures[^]

Search both for "The cast to (char *) is necessary before subtracting (and yes, the cast has higher precedence than the subtraction), otherwise, pointer arithmetic would scale offsetof() by sizeof(struct list_head). offsetof() returns a value in bytes, so we shut off pointer arithmetic by making the compiler believe that __mptr is pointing to a char, and because sizeof(char) is 1, no scaling will take place. " and you'll see what I mean.
Three years? And it's taken him that long to try and disguise it? Pathetic.
