Sorry, I don't put submissions' titles in reports' titles, because submissions tend to be closed, and become obsolete, very quickly; also, as titles are sometimes quite long, it would not play in favour of readability.

Yes, but it would help the rest of us to avoid posting duplicates. Just like posting questions, the more information you provide the better.

Ok, I understand you point. When I post, I search for a report for the same account; I don't feel the need to have all the information in the title since it is in the body of the post anyway. Just like posting questions, it becomes quickly unreadable if the whole question is copied in the title.
