There is no voting apparent with them - I got a dozen, and none of the answers they reply to appear to have downvotes - and there are a bunches of them, some of them 5 or 6 posts to different answers in the same minute.
I'd suspect he's a trainee spambot?
Your thoughts please?

Over 100 comments now, all exactly the same; definite spambot.

I was going to report the account for the same reason.

we will need a big hammer to clean this up
@Sean-Ewington or @Chris-Maunder would you mind to take care of it? Thank you

An OK-but-short article from 2004, updated today to add a link to his company which wasn't there previously.
(See the word "Jitbit" at the end of the first paragraph.)
As far as I can see, no other changes were made to the article.
Edit:
He also posted a message to an article back in 2006 promoting his site: Latest Messages[^]
The author of the article wasn't happy with that, as you can tell from the reply accusing Alex of stealing the code from the article to make his forum.
"These people looked deep within my soul and assigned me a number based on the order in which I joined."

Look at his message he posted too. More site driving.

Not only that, if you see the answer to that message... looks like it was illegal and already under investigation back then
