I don't understand what you are asking for. Please elaborate.

Right now, if an article doesn't have anm image to use on the home page, it shows a generic document kind of image. I thought it would be more interesting to use the author's avatar if one is available.

Just tried again Sean and it worked - thanks

Article in question - Entity Factory - Get Your ORM-less Freak On![^]
I updated this article a day or so ago, and noticed this morning that the thumbnail images are gone. The only things I changed in the article were the download file, and the History section at the end of the article.
(I used thumbnail images that open the full-size image in a new tab.)

Worked for me ... but this is the wrong place for such things: Bugs and Suggestions[^] or Article Writing Discussion Boards[^] would be better as the relevant hamsters read them.

The download worked for me as well. Is this still a problem for you?

The line
$"*{file}*.cs" naturally renders to
$"{file}.cs" (happened in a QA answer).
I.e., markdown gets fired here, when it should not since those * convey a logical meaning, not a cosmetic one.
Could it be possible to disable markdown in code blocks of those languages where it is less likely to appear?

How about implementing a rep + seniority check before allowing direct responses?

I'm trying to update an article and the page never renders completely Doesn't matter what browser I use, or which article I select.

The article editing page or the article itself once you've edited it?
Send me the HTML for your article, and a link to the article, and I'll get it sorted.
cheers

We have a new wave of "Mr. Keyboard" trolls and another bunch of "message closed" in the weekly survey.
Could someone with bigger hammer do a clean up?
Thanks in advanced
