How to Seperete Two Menues With vertical line?
For e.g: File Edit Projct Bulid Debug.......These menues...but I want to design these menu like File | Edit | Projct | Bulid |Debug....in our project...
Currently look like File Edit Projct Bulid Debug....How to seprate these menues with vertical line..

In which kind of application? Windows/ASP.Net/Windows Phone ?

That will look very nonstandard, and I know of no standard way to do it.

However, it should be possible - I haven't tried it, and I'm not going to: overriding standard UI elements is rarely a good idea - if you use the MenuStrip Paint event and add them yourself, possibly adding a left Margin increment to the Menu Items to give you more space.
