How do I edit an <a> attribute and get it to save after I leave the site?

I keep editing the attribute on a wordpress site, but every time I click the link to test it, it works one time, but then goes right back to the old link. Anyone know how I can get it to stick?

except the link needs to go to https://www.memberselfservice.com/510234 instead. I change it and it works, but it doesn't save. It resets every time.
