Will you Plz tel me a steps to create a new user control by inheriting from already existing control.

I am assuming you know how to create User Controls. Right? If you don't know how to write one, start there to learn. But if you do know, which I assume you do, then create a new one then change the parent class to one you want to inherit from. Simple. Huh!

You do exactly what you said, inherit from the existing control and write code to change it as you'd want.
