How to create firefox toolbar in C#

I am new to toolbar development. i want to know that is it possible to develop toolbar for firefox using C# dotnet or not. i searched google a lot but did not get any idea, so i am posting here. if you can suggest me any link or code or project. i will be highly oblige you.

we can develop toolbar for IE. so can we not create for firefox??

IE is a one of the Microsoft product which has an architecture to support .NET Addon development. Mozilla is developed using a different platform. I think, you can write one using Java (not sure). Better check www.mozilla.org for more information.
