problem in installation

there is problem with windows installer package.A dll required for this install to complete could not be run.
this error occurs when i install the software. i does the serial key validation suggested in blog link

There could be so many reasons.

For example:
Are you trying to install a 64 bit DLL on a 32 bit system?
Does your installation program need .NET pre-installed?

Try to edit your question and give us more information about what you are trying to install, on what, and what you developed ion on / in.
