You can't.

The only thing you can do is save your JPG to one of the image hosts (preferably one with a reputation for being safe for work) and post a link with your question, making it clear that this is a SFW image link - no short URL's!

Why? Because some of the idiots we get here would post "inappropriate" images which could cause the site to be blocked by work firewalls. Nobody want's that, and nobody wants to have to moderate each and every post and response either, so banning all images is the easiest route.

Articles can include images, because they are all moderated, and offensive material should not get past the process!
