If your password never changes, then your system is both trivial, and close to useless. All you need to do, is when someone presses 'login', you have to check if the values they gave you are valid. This is so trivial that if you cannot even attempt it, your best bet is to abandon WPF and just focus on learning C# or VB ( you ask us to do all your work, and did not even specify a language, another clue as to how lost you probably are ), for now. Learn slowly and well, don't just ask random strangers to spare you the job of developing skills of your own.
