Solution 1

You need to use any plugin on the client machine, like Flash (if not silverlight). Otherwise it is not possible to access hardware of client machine.

Use Silverlight in your client machine. Then one it is possible, otherwise no chance.

You should read some ASP.NET books. I assume 'not silverlight' also means 'not flash or java or c++'. ASP.NET is an engine for creating HTML and CSS. Neither of those things can ever take a screenshot, so what you want is impossible. Try learning about technologies instead of inventing them and asking us to fill the gaps.
