CREATE DATABASE permission denied

I have created one windows application on other PC( which has Operating System Windows XP ) and i have created the setup of that project . i have install that setup on another PC ( which has Operating System Windows 7 starter ) but when i run the software and click login button it give me error as
CREATE DATABASE permission denied in database 'master'
Could not attach file "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\Data\BMI.mdf " as database 'BMI'

please anyone help me to solve thie error

Solution 1

It may Access permission issue.

Try with following steps:
1. Right click on your SQL Management studio
2. Run as --> "Administrator"
