Need an open source solution for fleet reservation and optimization in c#

I am woking on a fleet management system and need to know if any one in the forum has used some good tools for developing a website for reserving a vehicle and getting the best match for the specific search request.

Here there is a fleet comprising different types of vehicles (small cars, big cars, luxury cars, vans of different seating capacities, mini buses and regular buses). The fleet manager receives requests from different people (employees, guests, visitors, others) for pickup, dropoff at different locations around the city. Requests can be for individual or a group of passengers.

I need to optimize vehicle allocation so overall cost of fleet operations is reduced.
