Show text in label1 for 5 seconds

HI !
I need to make a label1 to show a text for 5 second and when time is finish label go to normal text ex.
label1 = OK
press button..
label1 = Download Complete (for 5..4...3..2...1..0)
label1 go to normal text
label1 = OK
