hello guys,

i got job in a software company, and they are offering me software consultant profile.
please can someone tell me who is a software consultant and what are my future in this career. as i am just a fresher, so it is very important for me to choose the right job.

Solution 2

As a consultant, or a Software Consultant specifically, you will be working on a company on a contractual basis. In short, you are not a Regular Employee of that company. You won't have those benefits that regular employees have, BUT, your tax will be little than those of the regulars.

The title is not important. What is important is the type and amount of work you are expected to do, and the remuneration that is on offer, i.e. salary, benefits, car, pension, medical insurance, holidays etc. And, of course, is this the sort of work you will enjoy doing, there's nothing worse than being stuck in a job where you hate every moment at work.
