Multi Level Market DB concept

Dear sir,

i am developing software for multilevel marketing using vb.net and sql server and customer need to share amount for their customer according their level.

Ex:
first customer get commission from all other customer.
like wise all customer get benifit.
Now problem is i dont know how to store data.
if its 120th customer the commission get of upto 1st customer, also i dont know how to give share to all by coding
