I am searching for otp authentication with c#.net working for mobile windows. I have found it in java but I want it in c#. and I want to understand how it works.

DON'T SHOUT. Using all capitals is considered shouting on the internet, and rude (using all lower case is considered childish). Use proper capitalisation if you want to be taken seriously.
