1.I'm suggesting you to use the next Microsoft site for starting to learn the development of web application in C#: http://www.asp.net/[^]

There you will find a lot of documentation, tutorials and examples and also form.

2.And if you want to learn directly the new powerful pattern for building ASP.NET MVC application this is the sub-site that you could use as starting point. http://www.asp.net/mvc[^]

Note that there are some free tutorials videos provided by Pluralsight that can give you a very good start in learning MVC.
