This is why people are moving away from outsourcing, because of people who are given tasks that they have no idea how to do. I assume your supervisor knows how to do this, so he deserves to know that you do not, and it's his problem to figure out how to make sure you have the resources you need, or hire someone else. Random forum replies are no substitute for you having some understanding of what it is you are being paid to do.
If on the other hand, you are a student, then it is 100% guarenteed that you've been given all the materials you need to do this task. If you don't have enough to even start, you should talk to your teacher. If you have specific questions, you should post them, instead of a generic question that implies you have not done any work for yourself.
