Do you have Hindi MUI installed? Refer: Multiple User Interface (MUI) Language Packs[^]

Thank you sandeep , i installed it in window 10 now it is working but in window 7 Hindi MIU is not available, so my access database is not showing the codes in devnagari, it is showing ?????.

Okay, I will add some details I know of. Great to know it is resolved in Win10 and you see your changes.

For Hindi words, please install Hindi MUI.
Refer: Multiple User Interface (MUI) Language Packs[^]

For Win7 MUI, see if the following helps: Windows 7 language packs are available for computers that are running Windows 7 Ultimate or Windows 7 Enterprise[^]
