about the webcam project

I got a project to do and i deciding that i would like to do a project about webcam. Is that hard? (I am very poor in coding. I only know about the basic thing but i like to learn)

The question is:

Where do i start and what type of language i need to use?

i got a lot more question but those questions is the basic thing i want to know first.

I made my suggestion. You should buy a book and work through it. I suggest learning your language through console programming first, then learn windows. Web work should only happen AFTER you know winforms well, or perhaps WPF. If you want a suggested early project, I'd suggest a text based calculator is a great starting place, but a good book will give you exercises to work through that are designed to teach you as you go

Solution 1

A webcam project is a dumb idea for a learning project, because you can find the code online, and it's all handled by DX, so there's really not much for you to learn. You'd do better to buy a book and work through it, so you learn basic concepts properly
