Project using Azaxtoolkit and Jquery not working on website while it is fine on local machine.

Hi! I am using the azaxtoolkit for avoiding a Post back and Jquery for taking the record from database to populate the dropdownlist in my project. It is working fine on my local machine but after pushing it on website the page shows the error 'unkhown tag update panel'. Also it is not binding the the jqery for extracting record form database for populating the dropdown and popup appears like 'object Error' I am using the jquery 1.9.0 .

Can anybody help me to Proceed.
