How to add youtube searchtext in my website

Hi all,
I have my website and I like to implement a option that to upload videos from youtube in my website.

I have a link "upload videos from youtube" when user click this link, they can enter video name in youtube searchtext which need to appear.

After clicking search button the video need to bind below according to the search...I am asking like what we do in Blogger to upload videos.

Anyone give me a solution

My suggestion would be not to violate youtube's terms of service.
