Get Offline Access to twitter

Hi,

I want to post offline on twitter using API from asp.net.

I have gone through the document provide by the twitter related that issue...

GET help/configuration
Twitter offline access

As I read the document, I came to know that, there is no need to get LifeTimeAccessToken.

Are oAuthtoken and Access Token same ?

Please guide me.
How can I attach that ?

Have you asked on twitter's dev site? That seems like a better place to find the answer.

What is the exact url of your offline site? if it is localhost, it wont accept.

no, its not localhost

i have upload it on server and given that url in API
