Importing Hotmail contacts in asp.net website

Hi,

I am developing one website. In which I want the contact list from hotmail contacts.
I tried one method in which domain name and secret key provided by hotmail and so on, but its quit difficult and not works for me.
So anyone provide me the simple code how to do that in asp.net site.
