ToolBox missing in asp.net MVC4

Hi all,

I have recently installed VisualStudio 2012 and started using MVC 4. I cant find the asp toolkit ,but the html tools are still there. When i created a new website the toolkit is visible and when i created a new mvc 4 project, the toolkit is missing, Same in the case of DevExpress Tools.

Kindly help me

Solution 1

in mvc versions of asp.net, doesn't have predefined controls like asp.net, need to implement html controls only.

following can be used as controls in mvc versions
-------------------------------------------------

1)html helper classes
2)mvctoolkit by microsoft
3)jqgrids by jquery
