Means as we are usinig excel ..

Please don't push 'answer' if you are not posting an answer. Of COURSE what I said is correct. The only way to be able to type text into a cell, is for that cell to accept text input. Which means you need to make them textboxes.

Why ,are you paying ?

Put a textbox inside the cell, then the user can type into it. I assume this is not a website, as you didn't say it was.
